For many regulars, any meal in the medieval, brick-vaulted dining room or in the tiny courtyard just off Piazza della Repubblica must include the house gnocchi, made with a perfect touch and light as a feather. All the pastas are house made, and topped with rich, sweet sauces, while fresh, locally grown zucchini and artichokes are a light antidote for the deftly grilled steaks. The house wine is delicious and very reasonably priced.
