Curacaoans are mad for jazz, and this nightclub/restaurant, founded by Costa Rican musican Fito Roman, is a great spot to unwind and listen to live music several nights a week. It’s been a must-do for locals and tourists for the last 20 years. The music is mostly jazz, but mariachi and karaoke nights are often on tap. You can have a solid meal with your jazz licks: Olé Olé does Creole and international standards with flair: Garlic shrimp is redolent of butter and wine, and the babyback ribs come in a flavorful barbecue sauce.
