Things To Do in Czestochowa

Though there are a few attractions in Czestochowa itself, including a city museum and a match museum (the kind you light), the overwhelming number of visitors come here to see the Jasna Góra Monastery and, more particularly, the painting of the Black Madonna. Even if you intend to see some of the city's other sights, be sure to get to the monastery first since it's hard to predict in advance how crowded it will be.
