Daecheongho (Daecheong Lake)

Construction of the third-largest artificial lake in the country began in 1975 and was completed in 1980 with the damming of the Geumgang. The water from the lake provides water to the Daejeon and Cheongju areas. The clear waters reflect the nearby mountains, and the lake area is one of the most scenic in Daejeon.
