This utterly charming, family-run boutique offers wine-themed stays in the very center of Dijon. Set in a 19th-century townhouse, guests can arrange private wine tastings (35€) in the vaulted medieval cellars below the building, where the staff will tell you all about the region’s Climats (wine-growing terroir) through 6 tastings. Upstairs, the 9 rooms are all named after and beautifully decorated in colors linked to the region’s food and wine (the chardonnay room, for instance is elegant grey and yellow; the pain d’épices, gingerbread, room is in burnt oranges).
