Champagne de Castellane
De Castellane gives you a comprehensive view of how champagne is produced , with several tours on offer, from a simple cellar tour, to the Heritage Tour, which gives an insight into the corking and labeling processes. All include tastings and access to the on-site museum. If you’re with kids, the Cellar Tour and Tower visit is a good option as you can climb the tower (237 steps) for a panoramic view of the area. The tower is from 1904 and has become an Epernay landmark. Reservations recommended.
