Within the hotel Les Berceaux, acclaimed chef Patrick Michelon creates delicious, beautifully presented dishes made from seasonal ingredients, often with international flavors—for instance the guinea-fowl comes with a deliciously sticky honey and citronella sauce. Unsurprisingly, the wine list is excellent and the décor—burnt orange walls, white tablecloths and plenty of knickknacks—pleasantly relaxing.
