The neon sign out front of this vintage diner says “eat heavy,” and I guess that’s one way to sum up diner food. But a more apt phrase for Betsy’s might be “comfort food.” That includes wonderful meatloaf and macaroni and cheese, and breakfast served all day. The booths have individual jukeboxes, and the counter seats can twirl three times with a good spin. The waitresses are sassy and the service is speedy. That’s what this diner is all about.
