In the large and bright guest rooms, the best with castle views, high-tech lighting and snowy linens contrast beautifully with wood floors and the occasional timbered ceiling, and bathrooms are sleekly luxurious. Six similarly stylish apartments with kitchenettes are located in a nearby 14th-century annex.
