You can choose tapas, and everything will be just as you’d expect: Ibérico ham, sizzling garlic prawns, spicy patatas bravas. Or you can tackle an enormous Galician steak (txuletón de buey) with fries, or a crackling-topped chunk of roast suckling pig (cochinillo asado) for two.
