Four paneled, old-fashioned dining rooms and a summertime beer garden at the edge of a little mountain lake are the perfect setting for a fish meal. Not all the choices here will be local—though the pan-fried trout from nearby streams is a surefire hit with locavores—but North Atlantic lobster and garlicky Provencal bouillabaisse are delicious nonetheless, and a few meat-heavy Bavarian specialties also appear on the menu.
