Restaurants in Galapagos Islands
Except at the restaurants at the major hotels, which almost always require reservations, dining is laid-back and often open-air in Puerto Ayora. In Puerto Bazuerizo Moreno, there are a host of simple local restaurants serving Ecuadorean cuisine and fresh seafood all around the downtown. On Isabela Island, the best places to eat are in the hotels (where the food is also the priciest), and the few other choices are decidedly relaxed. Tourists who tour the islands by boat will, of course, take their meals on board since most of the places you'll go are uninhabited by humans.

Galápagos meets Argentina in this pleasant, family friendly restaurant that opens to the street. You can order burgers and pizzas, but the grill is what really draws the patrons (and I prefer the pizzas at Galápagos Deli to the deep-crust pizzas …$Santa Cruz Island - Ecuadorean/Seafood
La Garrapata
Your restaurant had better be good if you name it after as unpleasant an arachnid as a tick, which is what "garrapata" means in English. And La Garrapata good, making it a long-standing favorite among locals and visitors alike. It pioneered the open-sided, relaxed, and…$$Santa Cruz Island
