This butcher shop/restaurant is located in the historical center in what is called Soziglia, the “old via of butcher shops”; the locale itself oozes with old-world charm. Enter through the butcher shop where diners are invited to choose their cut; you have the choice of having your meat served raw (tartar), grilled, or pan-fried. Next door, the dining room features stone and brick arches, light green tiles irregularly arranged on the walls, and dark wood tables topped with slabs of white marble. Price-fixed meals (ranging from 12€–30€) are available at lunch and dinner, and there’s a decent wine list to complement your meal.
