The Carfagna family has been running this adorable little spot, on an alley in Castello, for 2 decades. Their formula is simple -- high-quality fresh ingredients, homemade everything, and great service. Arcobalena has plenty to offer in the way of fish, but it's also an excellent place to try local vegetables and other "turf" specialties of the island. In addition to the small indoor dining room, a handful of tables are set up in the characteristic little piazzetta outside.
