This easy-access hike from Jackson Lake Lodge circles a pleasant pond before climbing to standout views of the Teton Range at 7,286-foot Grand View Point. Head east from the lodge to reach pint-size Christian Pond in just .2 mile. Follow its western shore to a hilltop vista on its southern side, then circle northeast, then north through sagebrush flats where elk, pronghorn, or coyotes might be roaming. After the junction leading to Grand View Point, continue north for the moderate climb to the point. Soak in views of the Grand Teton, Mount Moran, and all the rest, plus Two Ocean and Emma Matilda lakes. Backtrack, then go west to return to the lodge.
