The setting is beautiful, whether inside or outside the winery's chic yet commanding glass–and–copper HQ; because of all that glass, you get brilliant views of the vines and infinity pools from your table...even when you dine inside. The plates are just as beautiful, composed dishes on slate or porcelain that look as pretty as they taste. And boy do they taste good, whether you choose roasted artichoke soup with black pudding, angus tartare with smoked paprika jelly, grilled tuna with dashi "marshmallow", or one of the other exquisite and creative dishes the chef dreams up.
