Terroir

In October of 2013, the Daily Meal voted Terroir one of the 20 best winery restaurants in the world. That plaudit is just one of many for this rustically lovely restaurant overlooking the Craggy Range lake and winery. Among its most popular dishes are the smoked goats curd (with pickled tomato, fennel, pine nuts and shitake mushrooms); the sous-vide duck breasts with liver parfait, cabbage and dates; and the venison black pudding with quince and pickled onion. Those specialties are typical of the type of creative fare Terroir treats its guests to.
