How about dim sum shaped like a goldfish? Throw in great views of Victoria Harbour, a fancier setting than most dim sum restaurants, and reasonable prices, and it's easy to see why I consider this one of my favorite Tsim Sha Tsui dim sum restaurants. Although it's famous for its "figurine" dim sum, like those goldfish-shaped shrimp dumplings or squid-shaped, red-bean buns, there are plenty of other options as well, like the deep-fried spring rolls with crushed garlic or shrimp paste and served with a delicious dipping sauce. Best of all, on weekdays (excluding holidays), you can save money by dining before 11:30am, when dim sum prices are lower than what's listed here. Otherwise, Cantonese dishes on the regular menu include deep-fried garoupa with a sweet corn sauce and deep-fried prawns with mango mayonnaise sauce. My only gripe is that the restaurant is a bit difficult to find; its entrance is outside the Cultural Centre, on the east side (look for the restaurant's sign).
