From Incheon International Airport, you can take a limousine bus (from bus stop 7A) that stops at Gimpo International Airport, then the Dong Seoul Terminal, and then Icheon. You can also get a bus bound for Icheon directly from Seoul at the Gangnam Express Bus Terminal. Buses start running daily at 6:30am and run every 30 minutes or so until 10pm. You can also take a bus from the Dong Seoul (Gangbyeon) Bus Terminal. The buses from here start daily at 6:10am and run every 15 minutes until 10:40pm. It's about an hour ride (longer on weekends with traffic) and will cost W3,600 for a standard bus and W4,200 for a deluxe bus (which has guaranteed seats and air-conditioning). If you're driving, take the Jungbu Expressway (#35) and get off at the Icheon or Seo-Icheon toll exit.
