Although much of its world renown has been based on winter sports, Igls is also a popular summer resort where you can wander along alpine trails, play golf, or enjoy tennis.

This is also Innsbruckers' favorite place to ski, and they're joined by throngs of visitors. Igls shared the Winter Olympics festivities and sporting competition with Innsbruck, and boasts a bobsled and toboggan run.
