This hidden gem is centrally located in a quiet garden around the corner from the high-rise Jerusalem Leonardo Plaza Hotel and across the street from a Supersol supermarket. Most of the rooms were renovated in 2013 (including new bathrooms) and they are airy, with high ceilings, heating, and air-conditioning, and are roomy enough to fit three beds (there are no double beds here, just singles). Everything is spotless, homemade breads and jam grace the table at breakfast, and the Rosary Sisters are especially helpful to guests. The gate to the convent closes at 10pm, but you can arrange to be let in later. Reservations need to be made by phone; call between 9am and 2pm Jerusalem time.
