For a low-key, intimate, and adults-only stay just a half-block from Duval Street, the Seascape makes for a sweet little oasis. It was built from native pine in the Bahamas in the 1840s and transported by ship to Key West, where it was rebuilt in 1889. Fast-forward to 2025 and you have a smartly renovated, tropical-style inn with turn-of-the-19th-century charm. Rooms are decorated in colorful, tropical decor with wicker furnishings and local art. Most have French doors that open out to a heated pool and Jacuzzi, upstairs sun deck, or gardens and courtyard where guests get a champagne continental breakfast. The upper back deck has a view into the Hemingway House complex. The two-story Havana Suite has a private entrance as well as a kitchenette. In the lobby is an honor bar with beer, wine, and sodas.
