Immaculately clean, modern coastal-style rooms are located either in the main guesthouse or in one of the adjoining buildings. The Pointe View Suite is one of the best, with a private, wrap-around porch, and full kitchen. For those on a budget, the Petite Sugar Apple Queen Room is tiny, but adorable, with all the amenities of a more expensive room. Every unit comes with a complimentary drink ticket for one beer, wine, water, or soda, per guest, per day. There’s also a daily happy hour with free wine and live music. The Southernmost Point Bar is attached to the hotel for stronger cocktails. The inn also chairs and towels for the beach, just a block away. Breakfast is served in the garden from 8 to 10am, and you actually can order prepared food from a menu. Kids will enjoy the grounds where they can chase the lizards, the roosters, and the pet rabbits.
