In this minimalist eatery, delicate shapes of rice, fish, and vegetables are created to order, half the fun being watching the expert chef prepare your hosomaki, futomaki, or nigiri. Varieties of sushi and sashimi run from a basic cucumber hosomaki to a hand roll of unagi (grilled eel), omelet, and asparagus. Diners are invited to "bring your own bottle" as the place does not have a liquor license. Youmiko also delivers food, and will do so to your hotel room if you wish.
