All are open-air eateries serving more or less the exact same menu. You get to pick your fish, usually tilapia or bass, and the preparation such as frito (fried) or a la plancha (grilled). It comes whole with head, eyes, and tail, along with lime wedges and fried plantain chips. Main courses run L75 to L150, and the restaurants are generally open daily 10am to 8pm.
