Restaurants in Las Terrenas
Most visitors eat at their hotels. To eat as the islanders do, head west of the mouth of Río Las Terrenas to a series of fishermen's huts under thatch roofs. With a Presidente beer resting beside your plate, dig into the catch of the day, which is most often served fried. If it's raining (highly unlikely), you'll find that a few of these shacks have tables under roofs. Otherwise, you dine outside under the stars.
