This four-star, family-run hotel opened in June 2017. The building in Montignac is an historic monument from the 17th century, typical of the Périgord Noir style, with an excellent restaurant, right in the heart of town. The website declares ‘‘Greed, family and culture’’ are the hotel’s keywords (we’re thinking they might mean that the food tastes good), and pets are welcome. Fixed menus in the restaurant range from 15€ to 23€.
