Planning a trip to Les Baux

Note that you’ll need to head to the nearby town of Maussane-les-Alpilles for access to a bank, pharmacy, or post office.

Arriving — Les Baux is best reached by car. From St-Rémy, take D27 south; from Arles, D17 east. Alternatively, on weekends in June and September, and every day during July and August, bus no. 707 (35 min.; 2.10€ one-way) runs between Arles and St-Rémy, stopping at Les Baux en route. Visitor Information — The Office de Tourisme (www.lesbauxdeprovence.com; tel. 04-90-54-34-39) is at Maison du Roy, near the northern entrance to the old city.
