Hôtel Le Moulin de la Beune
What a lovely spot this is: an ivy-clad 17th-century mill just off the main street, with a tree-shaded, garden and a waterwheel fed by a babbling stream. The simple but cozy rooms are nicely decorated with homey touches. In good weather, you can have breakfast on a shaded terrace or just laze in a lounge chair next to the water. The hotel no longer has an on-site restaurant, but its Italian eatery just up the road—the Don Camillo—is a homey spot for pizza and salad.
