I recommend this 3 1/2-hour, stuff-yourself-silly walking romp though some of the greatest victuals in the East End. You’ll get to try eight tastings of flavors that are truly East End and not faked for tourists, from fish and chips to Brick Lane curry to Beigel Bake salt beef to a pint in an old-fashioned pub—all while getting a solid lay of the land from an entertaining guide. It also does a more expensive evening tour of Soho (£94; no kids on that one), of the pubs in Docklands, and of the Indian grub on Brick Lane. Locations vary.
