This buzzy place close to the Reina Sofía is geared toward art-loving millennials, with Instagram-worthy interiors and high-energy social spaces. The color red features throughout, from the bear sculpture in the entrance (homage to Puerta del Sol’s famous statue) to the velvet booths in the Basque-Japanese fusion restaurant, Eneko. Modestly sized rooms are more subdued in neutral grays with large-scale contemporary photos, and the occasional pop of red. The rooftop nigiri bar and adjoining terrace offer terrific views of Atocha’s night-time traffic.
