New in 2014, this eponymous restaurant at the Puente Romano resort showcases the talents of Marbella’s most innovative and star-bedecked chef. García closed the much-beloved Calima at the Don Pepe to launch this elegant new venture with just 50 seats in the main dining room and 20 more in a private dining room. The new venue features some of García’s iconic dishes, like the “popcorn” olives (exploded with liquid nitrogen) with lobster salad and suckling pig with pumpkin and orange.
