About half the size of the JW Marriott, this 11-story beachside tower overlooks the Gulf and a courtyard with a multi-angled pool wrapped around four coconut palms. The spacious units have curved balconies angled to give water views. There’s also a 10,000-square-foot spa, waterfront restaurant and bar. Its location on the stunning beach is the best part about it. Also pretty great is The Gulf Cart, a food and beverage cart that comes to you while you are (b)lazing on the sand. Otherwise, it definitely needs a revamp.
