Triple Michelin-starred-chef Gérard Passédat’s most accessible restaurant, this “chic bistro” sits atop the MuCEM. Much like the MuCEM exhibits themselves, stellar dishes herald from across the Mediterranean, including seafood tart served with a creamy ginger jus, crab paired with spicy harissa, or grilled turbot with truffled potatoes. Top chef Passédat’s modern take on bouillabaisse stew is gloriously inventive. All is served against a sweeping backdrop of Marseille’s port and the Mediterranean Sea. Note that it’s also possible to dine at Le Môle’s lower-key (and cheaper) sister restaurant, La Cuisine (lunch only), also located at the MuCEM.
