Located within the botanical garden, In Situ is an alluring atmosphere for a delicious lunch or dinner served in a graceful setting with soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that open out onto lush gardens. Exotic wooden furnishings, contemporary decorative statements that pay homage to the landscape of the Aburrá Valley, and natural fabrics create a harmonious inside-outside design concept. The menu features excellent halibut ceviche, innovative salads—try the lychee and gravlax—and imaginative fish and meat entrees; highlights include fish of the day encrusted with nuts and dried fruits and drizzled with passion fruit sauce, grilled tuna with quinoa tabbouleh, and chicken baked with wild berries in a pesto sauce (courtesy of the wild herb garden). The service is polished and discreet.
