Mr. C Miami

Nautical chic is the vibe here, like on Bravo’s “Below Deck” reality series. The good news: this isn’t a Bravo reality show, so there’s no squad of spoiled, entitled and over-served influencers raiding the galley. The better news: Mr. C isn’t Andy Cohen, it’s Cipriani, whose luxe Italian hospitality is on full display (service is stellar). Cipriani claims to have invented the Bellini, so guests get a complimentary one when checking in. As for the decor: think lots of shine on the walnut finishes of handsome wood furnishings, and as we said before, many yachty touches.  A requisite rooftop pool offers magical views of the water and the Grove. On-site restaurant Bellini serves pizzas, salads and lots of its namesake cocktail. Il Giardino, a garden hideaway and hipster hang, plates up delicious pastries, crepes and bruschetta, and often has live entertainment and movie nights. There’s also a spa and fitness center, but many of the workouts take place at the pool. Warning: Some guestrooms have better views than others, so ask to move if you get one facing the unsightly parking garage roofs.
