The scene of many power lunches and dinners, Cristy’s is an upper crusty classic that exudes old Coral Gables, but yet somehow feels new in that what’s old is new again—we think. Always known for its stellar Caesar salad and prime rib, Cristy’s has come into the 21st century with some updated sides including fried Brussels sprouts with jalapeno aioli and a now-requisite truffle mac and cheese. Service is as professional as it gets, and cocktails are stiff—the ideal ingredients for a mainstay meatery such as this one.
