Dinner is an experience here, with tasting menus and all kinds of rare and pricey caviars, plus a bison steak tartare as rare in these parts as a Kardashian without fillers. The pastas will have you singing an Italian aria. Sunday brunch is also quite the scene, with Delmonico steak and eggs and Panettone Toast with Vermont maple syrup and all sorts of boozy, bottomless offerings. Tip: Happy hour (Mon 5—7pm, Tues—Fri 4—7pm) is the best way to do this place if you’re on a budget; you can indulge in tuna tartare or a radiatore cacio e pepe for $12 or a ridiculously indulgent foie gras budino for $10. It’s a much more casual way to enjoy the finery, plus there’s often live entertainment.
