This massive Canadian import is a stunner—a two-level, indoor-outdoor space with 241 seats, floor to ceiling windows (a nice touch after a day of shopping in what feels like a Vegas casino), stone, greenery and artwork from contemporary artists Elsbeth Shaw and Valerie Capewell. Its menu takes you on a culinary tour as sprawling as the restaurant itself, with everything from sushi and Korean-fried cauliflower to behemoth burgers, poke bowls, pasta and steaks—all high quality. That said prices are exhorbitant. But daily happy hours (3-6pm Mon–Fri, 9pm–closing Sun–Thur, 10pm–closing Fri-Sat) cut the cost of many drinks, at least.
