An outdoor version of a food hall, Regatta Grove has what the aforementioned doesn’t: waterfront views. It also has four restaurants by Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-nominated chefs. Top Chef” season 13 winner Jeremy Ford’s JJ’s (Guilty Pleasures)” slings fancy burgers and tacos; Chef Jose Mendin of Pubbelly Sushi fame takes on pizza at “The Piefather”; a rare offering of Australian cuisine comes to Miami via “Sunny Side Aussie Bites + Ice” by chef Janine Booth, also a Top Chef alum, whose partner and fellow contestant, chef Jeff McInnis serves seafood at the “Tackle Box.” Lastly, yet another “Top Chef” alum, this time season 7, Kenny Gilbert, serves excellent fried chicken at “House of Birds.” There are also three huge bars and live entertainment, making for a one-stop night out but only from Thursday to Sunday.
