And it’s not your typical caprese salad and fusilli pasta factory, either. For starters, the cheese and salumi plates will transport you—or at least your palate—to Italy, as will the rest of the innovative menu, which includes orecchiette with wild boar; crunchy fried sweetbreads with caramelized onions and sage; and octopus carpaccio with arugula and tomato.
