Little Havana’s only rooftop bar and restaurant, Terras, located on the fourth floor of the Life House Hotel, which also features gardens from which the fruits, vegetables and herbs in many of the cocktails and dishes are sourced. It has a small menu of South American-, Caribbean- and Latin American- inspired, urban street-food shareables including sweet corn “cachapa” cheese pancakes, which are basically arepas with quesillo, avocado, salsa verde and radish (add on ropa vieja or red mole chicken for a heartier share); ropa vieja birria tacos with consommé dip and Oaxaca cheese; and the favorite here, the frita burger with caramelized onions, guava marmalade, shoestring potatoes, and spicy ketchup. Spectacular views!
