Chef and cookbook author Jason Lynch landed a “Restaurant of the Year” award for chef-inspired fine dining from The Taste of Nova Scotia, as well as the Prestige Award from the same organization. We’ll add to the accolades: This is one of the finest restaurants in all of Nova Scotia, in one of the oldest wineries in the province. Chef Lynch prepares regional specialties like wild scallops, sustainably farmed salmon, locally farmed deer, and even wild boar with a cosmopolitan flair. And the staff couldn’t be more attentive. A special occasion place for sure.
