The Noodle Guy
The Noodle Guy, AKA Ross Patterson, got into the noodle game by selling his popular fresh pasta and sauces at the Wolfville Farmers Market. He still has a stall there, plus a retail shop, and now this cheery restaurant just a couple of minutes outside of Wolfville. Take a seat at a table made from apple crates in the small eatery and dig into noodles of all kinds prepared by a trio of female chefs. Dishes change by the season, and make use of fresh, local ingredients like squash ravioli with maple sausage and toasted seeds or tagliatelle with string beans, cauliflower and fresh local herbs with lemon garlic tarragon butter. The salads are also creative and super fresh.
