This friendly, family-run joint is a pleasant, unpretentious hotel very well located in the center of town. The very firm beds have thick floral-print quilts and pleasingly simple cast-iron frames, and the furniture, while mostly unobtrusively modern, includes a few writing tables and fat armoires made of old wood. Bathrooms are unusually small in some of them. There's a sitting area with a fireplace and a small terra-cotta-tiled courtyard where you can take your coffee and rolls in the morning.
