Located in a former wholesale market building, excellent food traditions are carried on at this locavore restaurant—so local that all the vegetables come from their own garden. Chef Jean Charles Baron sticks to classic dishes to focus on the flavor of the products. His seasonal menu may feature creamy squash soup, sole meunière with pot au feu vegetables, or supreme of chicken with new potatoes. Service is very attentive, with personal touches like seasonal fruit or nuts with your coffee. They also sell a range of their preserves and products.
