The Dock at Crayton Cove
Right on the City Dock, this locals’ hangout is the best place in town for a casual open-air meal or a cool drink while watching the boats. Servers are friendly and conversational. The chow ranges from chowders by the mug to seafood with a Floribbean fare. Grilled seafood, Caesar salad, and a good selection of sandwiches, hot dogs, and other pub-style fare also appear on the menu. The Great Dock Canoe Race draws thousands on the second Saturday in May. Sunday brunch has a fantastic build-your-own Bloody Mary bar.
