Located right on the edge of Rutledge Hill and downtown, Bode’s balcony setup and firepit-studded courtyard make it feel more like you’re living in downtown Nashville than visiting, which is a level of immersion I’ll always opt for if I have the choice. The onsite Sidebar—"a carport turned bar + good time parlor” as their Instagram says—is a laid-back place for a drink before you go out, and many of the people who stay here will mill around together, giving it an almost adult-camp feel (in a good way).
