This beachside restaurant, on the grounds of the Sea Splash Hotel, has changed (and, some say, slipped) a bit since celebrity chef Norma Shirley, whom Food & Wine magazine once dubbed "the Julia Child of the Caribbean," passed away in 2010.

But the setting on a deck by the sands of Seven Mile Beach is perfect, and the nouveau Jamaican food is still reliably good. Don’t miss the sashimi-like smoked marlin, sweet coconut chicken with jasmine rice, red snapper, or coconut shrimp.
