It’s a startlingly chic cocktail den, especially since you enter it down a set of detritus-strewn stairs, next to a Walgreens, following the signs to the barbershop that once was here. As with the train, crowds tend to tumble into this place in waves, especially right before and after shows at the nearby Broadway theaters.
